Williamsburg in Winter

You don't often get to experience Williamsburg under winter storm conditions. The images that follow were taken a few years ago when Williamsburg was unexpectedly besieged by a winter storm that left fifteen inches of freshly fallen snow in its wake. I stayed up all night watching the falling snow and gleefully trudged the three miles on foot into town that next morning to capture these unusual vistas. The only footprints in the snow that morning were mine.
